When you purchase from us, you can be confident that you will receive premium quality, factory-sealed products. All cartridges we sell are fully guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with a cartridge, we will replace it or refund the purchase price in full.
The following warranty policies apply in the event you are unsatisfied with the print quality or the product received is defective.
- Compatible type cartridges are warranted for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. Cartridge must contain no less than 75% of ink/toner capacity.
- Re-manufactured type cartridges are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase and must contain no less than 75% of ink/toner capacity.
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) type cartridges are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase and must contain no less than 75% of ink/toner capacity.
Important: Items must be packaged in their original product box. We are unable to credit any returns without the original product box. Please do not mark the product box. Any items returned with marks, stickers, tape, tags, packing labels, or writing on the product boxes will not be accepted and will not be refunded or credited.
Products that are ordered incorrectly or for a machine that no longer is operative are only returnable if the original packaging is unopened and in resalable condition. The cost of reshipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check your order carefully.
All returns and replacements of defective merchandise are done with no additional cost to you. For other returns, shipping charges are not refunded and a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.
To return a product
Please call us at 1 (941) 766 1200 or contact us by e-mail to obtain a RMA Form and a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Returns which do not include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number cannot be processed. When you receive the RMA Form, please print it and complete all the required fields. Do not forget to include this form with your return.
The Return Merchandise Authorization number will be used to track your replacement product or refund, whichever is requested. Return the product in the original packaging and include a copy of the order invoice and any credit card information needed to apply appropriate credit to your account. In order to expedite your refund, please provide the same credit card information used while making your initial purchase.
Provide any additional information you feel will be helpful to our staff to process your request.
Due to the competitive pricing of products offered and high cost of shipping and handling, we must strictly adhere to the return policies as stated herein. Thank you for your understanding.
