We are a company, can I place an order?

If you would like to place an order for immediate delivery by issuing to us an approved purchase order, please contact us at 1 (941) 766 1200 during normal business hours which are Monday to Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm Eastern Time. Purchase Orders are accepted from the following organizations: Colleges, Universities and Schools Boards, Federal, State and Local Government Agencies, Other then the list above to order by company purchase order you will need to apply and be approved for credit account, please contact customer service for further details.

Can I pay by check?

To pay by check, please you contact our customer service department at 1 (941) 766 1200 Monday to Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm Eastern Time and we can take your order and fax you an invoice showing the exact amount due. We will also be able to apply any current discounts.

I received my order and installed the cartridges. However I am getting a "low ink" or "replace cartridge" warning. Why is that and how will I know when ink is low?

You may need to re-set the printer. To do this, please install the new cartridges, power off and unplug the printer from the electric socket. Wait 4-5 minutes, then plug in and power on the printer. This should re-set the printer. Should this fail, please contact customer service for further instructions.

Can I ship to you empty cartridges to recycle?

At this time we do not have a recycle program available. Please check with your local recycling center for details on how to recycle your empty cartridges. Original Equipment Manufacturers sometimes have return programs for their products, where they ask you to return your used product directly to them.

Do you ship to Canada? (other countries)

Due to customs regulations we have suspended shipping to Canada and Internationally until further notice.

I forgot my login can you help me?

On the login page, please follow the "Forgot your password?" link and fill-in the form provided. Your password and login details will be emailed to you.

Do you re-fill cartridges?

We do not refill cartridges on-site. Cartridges are professionally remanufactured in our affiliated plants, which specialize in the remanufacture process of the various cartridge brands. The majority of our remanufactured cartridges are made in the United States of America. We put our trust in US labor.

Will the replacement cartridges work in my printer?

We have carefully selected and tested products that have been manufactured to meet and in many cases exceed the quality standards of OEM products. We strive to meet your satisfaction at all times.

Will these replacement cartridges damage my printer or void the warranty?

No. All products which are manufactured for and or sold by ABCCo.net have been made using the finest quality materials. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed!

If the replacement cartridges do not work, can I return them?

Absolutely! We want you to be totally satisfied with your experience at ABCCo.net and all your orders are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Where will my order ship from?

We ship from the nearest ABCCo.net or affiliated warehouse that has the product in stock.

What is the difference between the different types of products: compatible, replacement and OEM?

The OEM products are original products, manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. These are NOT generic products and carry the original packaging and labeling. The compatible and replacement products are specially engineered to meet the highest standards of quality, reliability and exceptional yields that meet or exceed OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards. Manufactured 100% by a third-party, they are an economical alternative to expensive name-brand products, offering big savings. It is important to know, that the use of compatible or replacement cartridges does not void any equipment warranty.

How long does the standard free shipping take to arrive?
